What's your Arginine of choice...?

I have been using BodyTech Nitrulline Nitric Oxide Potentiator taking 5 tabs pre-workout along with Gaspari Super Pump Aggression. I just read the label and see it says 3 tablets, not sure why I thought it was 5 but I like the results... Just wondering if anyone has anything better... I'm pretty sure Bodytech is a vitamin shoppe branded label.

Citrulline at at least 10-15 grams pre workout, iv been thinking of adding arginine with it but from the data i learned over the years citrulline is better at producing and making use of the arginine than taking arginine itself
