This is crazy.. for years I watched my training partner Derek Poundstone lift this Apollons Wheel for years.
To think there was someone almost 100 years ago doing the same thing , minus the new suppz today, nutrition, training standards and maybe even minus AAS is just insane.
366lbs on an axle is deadlift weight for the majority of your gym rats.
Just cleaning this is a massive feat of strength.
