First off, my apologies if this is not the correct spot to post this. Anyways, my hair is thinning out real bad and I'm getting a spot on the top of my head that is getting pretty bad. It's not falling out in clumps or anything. I don't want to get on finasteride or use minoxidil unless I absolutely have to. Anyways, I was on Facebook the other night and me and my wife have been talking about my thinning hair and what I can do and what do you know it, a damn ad popped up on facebook about this spartan shampoo. It sure is scary how ads like that pop up when you talk about a product that you need or want. Anyway, I was wondering if any one here on ASF has tried Spartan and had any success or if you all have a different idea I could try to save some hair on my head. I'm only 30 and no one in my family has MPB that I know of.

Big Brother is in your business 24/7!!
Monitoring everything u say & noting your location.
Go look in the microwave section in a store & more times than not microwave adds will suddenly show up on your phone.
🤔🤔🤔
Talk about product & they show up on your phone, Facebook is probably the worst I won't get on FB anymore

Remember the scene in Minority Report where the ads targeted Tom Cruise as he walked through the city? :)

Yeah, shit is getting really scary. Honestly, at times it can be useful, but more times than not, its just freaky. Sometimes all you've done is just thought of it and didn't say anything and what do you know it, you get an ad for it!!!

ketoconazole shampoo is what most use to prevent hair loss
Thank you! Looks like GYMnTONIC has the 2% for sale on their website. I'll try that and see how it goes. That spartan shit is literally like a hundred dollars for 30 day supply lmao.

Are you on Masteron? Or other DHTs?

The progression on my hair loss sped up probably a few years within months of Masteron use. Been over a month after stopping and thinning still quite bad, just not as bad. If you REALLY care about your hair, I’d consider the finasteride and stop DHTs or save up for a transplant because trying all these other products will just be a waste of time, by then you’ll be pretty darn bald.

No just test 200mgs a week right now. I'm wanting to try masteron but yeah that's what is holding me back. I watched a video the other day about primo and masteron from a body builder that is also a doctor and he went into it and showed how primo and masteron don't cause hair loss as since they are a dht derivative, the body uses it differently and the hair loss is caused by other factors. I can link it if you want. It's quite interesting. Long educational video.

yup and i also wouldn't recommend touching finasteride lots of bad sides, if your prone to losing hair its gonna fall out no matter what eventually

If you’re referring to Kurt Havens or Todd Lee, I’m sure I’ve seen that discussion. What’s interesting is that you’re on testosterone only and you’re shedding. Testosterone does 3 things when taken exogenously. Remains testosterone, converts to estrogen and converts to dht. Many of us experience shedding on testosterone alone, then run dht derivatives and the shedding is exponentially increased. I’m not saying they’re wrong, but both guys are researchers and beliefs change continuously as new data becomes available. I’ve seen them say one thing about a topic then change perspective in a future discussion. Just something to keep in mind, but sure if you could link the video I’ll give it a watch.

Thing about aas is yes If you’re prone to male pattern baldness you’ll lose your hair eventually or thin out really bad naturally, but when using these compounds the progression is accelerated dramatically. That’s where the issue lies. You could have hair till you’re 60 or go bald in your 30s from introducing these hormones.

Yeah, it is Todd Lee. I've recently found him. It's very interesting to hear things from a different point of view like his with his knowledge. Here's the video.

I'm in a similar boat myself. I haven't tried Spartan shampoo yet, but I've been using Virgo de Novo moisturizing hair products for a few months now and they've been pretty great for my hair's overall health and volume. I'm still keeping an eye out for that magical fix, but products have definitely made my hair feel thicker and healthier. And yeah, those targeted ads are spooky! It's like they can hear every conversation. Anyway, I'm new on this forum too and still learning about all the different options out there. If anyone else has experience with Spartan shampoo or any other tips, I'd love to hear them too.
