Bowen has 5mg caps, so you can open them up and split them in half. But their website got hacked and they’re working on fixing the problem at the moment.

You can source from a US compounding pharmacy at 5 mg (did for my GF).

Downside is the cost is twice as much but you know it's legit stuff.

Couldn’t you weigh the pills, break them up into powder and put them into capsules? Or use it sublingually?

Like if it weighed 120mg, divide it into four and only use 30mg? You just need a micro scale.
