Anyone else having this issue with Dutch Pharma??

So my first order with Dutch Pharma went very smooth and I placed what I consider a large order with them. Customer service was great and shipping was very fast. From the time I ordered it took maybe

Now, here is where things get fishy.... I put in another order early last month and everything went smooth again, took maybe anextra day longer than the first order which is fine no big deal... However, I was missing 4 bottles of Test C 400.

So before even opening the package I immediately take photos and send them in and explain the issue... everything was smooth, dude said he would reship them out.




I have reach out to them via telegram and email multiple times and I just feel helpless at this point.

Man... I miss Gear Church 😔

Please read the rules, you dont need to post a play by play with days and times

Dutch will make it right. I understand it's frustrating but shipping is a nightmare rn. Yours is a little on the late side but it will come. He ALWAYS comes through in my many experiences

Well I doubt they'll be shutting down and retiring on the proceeds from your four bottles of test, so it would seem like you're pretty likely to be made whole
 
Did you try contacting the rep through a private message here?
 
I dont think they are scamming me nor am I accusing them of it just to make that clear. I just dont understand whats going on and I am genuinely curious if anyone else is or has had this issue with them before. I have not spoke with a rep on here on the forums, but I have messaged them numerous times via telegram and email like they asked me to but not getting any help or explanation at this point.
 
Well try reaching out on here . You clearly stated you don’t think you’re getting your package so yeah that’s technically considered scamming. Try messaging the rep here like I said. Go to their sub forums page and I’m sure you’ll see nothing but good experiences

I will reach out on here and see what I can do but no it doesn't feel like I am going to get it at this point. I feel the majority of ppl would feel the same way after a month of waiting and just the way the process has played out so far . Yeah, I see what your saying I did say that I feel like they wont send it, I should have worded that differently. Doesn't look like I can go back and edit/reword it but thats not how I meant to put it.

Honestly I wouldn't feel so bad about the situation if they communicated with me better about it. Thats really what makes me feel that way.

Now, here is where things get fishy.... I put in another order early last month and everything went smooth again, took maybe an extra day longer than the first order which is fine no big deal... However, I was missing 4 bottles of Test C 400.

So before even opening the package I immediately take photos and send them in and explain the issue... everything was smooth, dude said he would reship them out.

Now here is the issue and it still persists till this day... I receive my tracking number and the next day I check and it reads "USPS awaiting package", which is totally normal.. 3 or 4 days go by and it shows the same status. So I contact them "please give usps time as we drop packages off at a business drop off and sometimes it takes a couple days before they ship", ok cool no problem.... 4 days go by again, same thing. They then tell me I need to wait a few more days before I can get a reshipment but anyone knows if your tracking shows usps is awaiting an item for that many days something is not right... eventually 17 days go by and finally the tracking number info is highlighted in red and says that the package was never dropped off or received. So the entire time I only had a shipping label made for 17 days.

I contacted them and they said they would reship again from a different warehouse. I'm good with that, people make mistakes no biggie... So that new tracking number they sent me on the 13th still today on the 17th says "still awaiting package "...keep in mind this is their 3rd shipment attempt for 4 bottles of Test that were not in my original package. All in all I have been waiting for this for over a month now which is ridiculous and kinda unbelievable to say the least... I legit feel like they are not going to send me what I ordered. Yes I can see the usps not picking the package up at a business hub for 2 or 3 days but over a month??? Yeah, no. And when I contact them about the issue they are either using an AI to assist or reply or they are copying and pasting the same exact message over and over again.

Is anyone else having this issue?? This blows my mind and I am extremely disappointed to say the least. And hey, I LOVE their gear and I was hyping them up but this is just a massive letdown man... I am not downing dutch pharma in any form or fashion and I am not making this up. I'll never see that package, simple as that.

Edit your post. Stop listing stuff like shipping carrier, arrival times, etc. Please learn the board rules.
You have to remember that these aren’t BBB accredited businesses with Google reviews and an HR department. I’ve had to wait for over a week on a package that was assigned tracking but hadn’t been received by the carrier. It’s extremely frustrating but be patient. There’s nothing wrong with communicating with the company but don’t bombard them either. What is their most recent response?

I can't edit my post, don't have the option to do so. Maybe a mod can fix it it up.

Their last response is the same response they have been sending me for a while now which is exact word for word ( I assume copy/paste) basically summed up as "sometimes it takes a couple days for the package to leave the business hub drop off" which I have been getting for weeks now ever since the first tracking number expired and notified me that the package was never dropped off.

I'm not trying to bombard them, I tried to make this clear. How else am I to reach out to other ppl and see if they are having the same issues as me? I clearly am trying to be as understanding as possible about the situation and have made that very clear.
 
Something similar happened to me not that long ago. Dutch made me very whole.

Request a refund and move on. This is a classic maneuver from resellers, they’ll sell you gear that’s not in their hands yet and give you a tracking label that won’t make it to the post office any time soon till they restock. You then reach out about tracking not updating or package not showing up and they blame it on the delivery service to buy more time. Once they get the product on hand it finally updates because they finally have it and drop it off. From my understanding Dutch is not a reseller and I’m not saying this is what’s happening here, but if it takes over a month and multiple labels that never make it to the office simply quit wasting your time.

It's been long enough to be concerned and I even understand the thread. I said be patient because I've dumped Dutch many times over almost a decade. I don't know anyone ever that didn't get what they paid for. That's the best advice I can give you
 
Let me take the time and speak a word on dutch. I have spent thousands with dutch. My last order a few weeks ago. I have had an item missing or one thing wrong. Makes it right immediately via DM. Shipping taking a little longer. Heres what i do, i always keep a year supply on rebound, when stock starts to run low, i reorder. Never in a panic if my stuff gets here on time

Listen, hang tight. Enough has been aired on this venue, imo. You're being heard, I imagine.

I am a long term customer and any issues I've ever had were worked out and then some. I am not a rep or anything, just a very, very satisfied customer.
It will work out. I get and know your position......patience my man 🙏

Those things are usual in our industry, most new members here aren't yet accustomed to the rules and safety
