Anyone else had a stopper go bad so soon?

The Septum, official name for the "rubber stopper" on this Beligas NPP 150mg/ml vial popped out (sides ripped) after only 3 pins. I use a 20 ga needle to draw and the first vial looked pretty bad but held up. The rubber stopper on the Pharmaqo is really nice, and the one on US-Pharmacies replacement (NPP 100mg/ml) is nicer as well.

no big deal. bottle of npp goes pretty quick. so just hold on to it until you have an empty vial. Transfer the whole bottle via syringe to another bottle. shit happens bro

I wan;t happy with the PIP, switched to a 100mg/ml NPP instead.
