whats up guys im planning out my next blast ,its gonna be a long one , gonna put that work in all summer so i can wear a furcoat with no under shirt...anyways...
thinking about running

600 Test
350 Mast
400 EQ

Test and mast has been my bread and butter but i wanna add a little more horsepower (no pun intended)
i never ran EQ before , my blood runs thins and i aromatize pretty high without an AI and Mast

what do you guys think about this cycle and what tweaks i can make?
whats a good 3rd compound you guys have ran with test and EQ?

Stats? Measurable goals? How does your physique compare to what you’re looking for?

I’ve heard EQ is good for appetite so if you’re trying to bulk it could be useful. But is the mast for an AI or for something else?

i wanna be big asf but a dry grainy big . im thinking a 24 week recomp will get me right .
trynna put on size but not sloppy
physique comparison nowhere near terry crews more like a healthy uncle
 
So by healthy uncle you mean 15% uncle who runs for fun?

Or healthy uncle as in “25% uncle who used to play football and still works out on weekends”?🤣.


If you’re trying to recomp then why not tren? Test tren and mast are a pretty solid combo for getting shredded and jacked.


deca or npp could help with size as well.

I mean you could do it with most anabolics (adding size and not getting fat) just really comes down to diet and adherence. I personally think Reta at a super low dose could benefit on just test and mast from a recomp standpoint from the GIP impacts

Do your own homework and you wouldn't even be asking that question if your browsed around and read some actual posts. Don't get banned for breaking the rules or just being stupid.
