Wow, I didn't even see he has some female things going on. That 50 prop makes it easier to dose the wife. Has she been using the injectable Estradiol for some time? Does she like it versus the creams or vaginal foams?View attachment 238635

Negative. The injectables are new. She tried oral Estradiol years ago, but got very frustrated with the Dr and whole process and just gave up. Trust me, it's been a rough road loving and standing by a woman who had a full hysterectomy and is on 0 hormone replacement. The final breaking down of the relationship after years is what led to skipping Dr's and insurance BS and going straight underground. I also have a medical background and am on gear myself, so I agree with those who have the opinion that injectables are what works best...male or female. No, it's probably not as convenient as creams or foams or orals or pellets, but for dosing and delivery you just can't beat injections. Plus, there's other side effects of creams and gels that I'd rather not have to worry about, like getting intimate and being dosed with Estradiol in the middle of my cycle lol. I'm starting her on lower doses and will work her up based on how she feels. Test Prop usually ends up being an every other day injection, if not daily, so that'll be the wild card as far as dosing and administration schedule. She's currently running 5mg Estradiol IM a week, but that will likely go to 10mg week 2 or week 3 because 5mg usually isnt a therapeutic dose for most women. Should top out somewhere between 10-15mg weekly. She's running 5mg Test Prop 3x week currently, but depending on how she feels and any side effects that can change. I plan to increase the Estradiol before doing an increase in the Test because Test has the higher potential for negative side effects in her case. Will know a lot more in about 5 weeks based on how she feels and blood work. I apologize for writing a whole article on it, but it seems like there's a lot of interest in female hormone replacement so I figured I'd just tell the whole situation and how we are going about it so anyone else with questions or needing help can hopefully gain something from our experience.Wow, I didn't even see he has some female things going on. That's awesome man. I'm glad she seems to be getting good care from her Dr. I know good ones are out there, but they seem to be few and far between. My understanding was Cyp can cause a roller coaster because it's longer acting than Prop, and womens natural Test production is very low, but more frequent. That's why Prop is dosed like every other day or even daily. Theres a lot of that being said about men also. Daily microdosing is better than 2x week. I was doing 3x week with Cyp and had issues so I backed down to 2x. So much is individual dependent. Super glad to hear about libido increase because that's been a major issue. There's so much push about low T in men. It seems to dominate. Seems like there's a fair amount of women out there that are suffering with similar hormone imbalances. Reddit is flooded with women having issues and not being able to get things like Test Prop, or injectables in general prescribed. I'm guessing women aren't as willing to search out UGL's and use their own protocols, and there's far fewer serious female body builders looking for gear than even the average man, so UGL'S just don't find it worthwhile to cater to females. That makes SBLABS even more awesome! Out here doing more than just getting dudes jacked! My wife had a similar procedure but they left her ovaries. This happened about 1.5 years ago. She is on estrogen cream that is vaginal. Her MD has her on 1ml dose and its .1mg twice a week. She also on Test Cyp at 3.75mg on Mon and Thurs for a total of 7.25mg per week. Her Cyp is a 25mg/ml bottle so its easy to dose in an 29g insulin syringe. The test really helped her and the cyp keeps her levels steady. She was having infections on the other cream, 3 UTI's within a 4 month span wasn't good. I can say the test has really calmed her down and helped with the desire for sex again. No side as well. I wish that SB had a cyp or enanthate version though. He's really the first I have seen, maybe there are others, UGL offering a female menu.
You made one of the best decisions by going underground when it comes to hormones especially for the wife. I've been where you are and know first hand how much strain is put on the relationship with what the wife was dealing with and the doctor BS. Hopefully you are able to get her where she definitely needs to be hormone wise and good luck with itNegative. The injectables are new. Pretty solid numbers right there. For my wife I pull 1ml out of the estradiol and replace it with 1ml of TestC 250. That gives her 1mg of E and 3mg of T in a 0.12ml dose. Makes it easy for her.
Yeah, to be fair to the females, these changes are terrible for them as they are for men. It can seriously strain the relationship and they don't know why they are acting this way. I seriously mean this, seriously, I believe testosterone saved my wife and my marriage. Everytime she goes to her MD, my wife already knows the same crap, she has to bear with it. I may now put my wife on SB e2, I didn't know he was carrying that, I think its great. My sister in law is going through this right now and my wife is trying to talk to her about it. Sister in law said her MD told her she would grow a beard, it would deepen her voice, and dry her skin out. My wife now holds her ground because she's been on test for 1.5 years and no virulizaton effects. You made one of the best decisions by going underground when it comes to hormones especially for the wife. I know where you coming from and my wife is on 12.5mgs of Test a week and 2ius of GH ed and she loves it and happy not to have to deal and go through the BS with her doctor and the symptoms that women go through because of this issue.Yeah, to be fair to the females, these changes are terrible for them as they are for men.
