What’s everyone’s opinion on when health supps and ancillaries get included into your regimen? Do you use them only when needed on any given time? Or a daily no matter what preference? I have a small selection of what I use daily and all but would like to hear how others approach. I respond well to gear even at high doses. I’ve ran 750 test, 400 EQ, 400 NPP, 6 iu growth and my health markers and all didn’t take much of a hit and I’ve done this cycle a few times with multiple sources. I didn’t include more than I thought I should have but my buddy says I should’ve done more for myself. I know some people say more is better when on gear and some say otherwise.
Any information or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Just would like to know what the community thinks.
