Anyone ever taken this an performance pre workout? I used to take legion pulse a while ago and I noticed it didnt have the same pump and no2 effect as it used to so I found out they removed l-ornithine and taurine. 1000006293.jpg
 
Yeah, I’ve tried it when in London. Nothing special. Fine for a daily driver type PWO.
