Nice. I would like to try some dapoxetine but I don’t think I can take it with adderall.
I’m not aware of any official drug interaction with those two but makes sense since dapoxitine inhibits reputake of serotonin and to a lesser degree norepinephrine and dopamine. Adderal promotes the release of norepiyamd dopamine. Might be too many neurotransmitters going on in there. Probably smart to avoid.

All SSRIs prevent your body from reputake of neurotransmitters like serotonin and norepinephrine. That’s what your body wants to do. When you prevent that with drugs it can cause side effects like increased heart rate and blood pressure. If you add adderal to that mix which cause a big release of norepinephrine and dopamine, you could have a recipe for disaster from a heart standpoint

Yes. Dapoxetine is an SSRI that is short acting, that’s why you don’t see it prescribed for depression. More common SSRIs like Zoloft have a longer half life and take time to reach a therapeutic level in your system. That’s why companies like For Hims prescribe Zoloft for guys with PE. Dapoxetine is great for this because it does what it’s supposed to do and gets out of your system quick without the downsides of stuff like zoloft
