Been on TRT for over a year now. Started with the compounded creams and it did nothing for me. Started injections of 200mg/ml injecting 2 days per week of 100mg. Typically was on Monday/Thursdays. Felt great and labs were not terrible. Fast forward to another 3 months and felt like garbage again. Lowered dose to 90mg/ml every 3 days and felt fantastic again. Labs # went up, but could sleep again. Woke up feeling refreshed again. Had energy again. Had a STRONG libido again. Now, here we are again about another 4 months and I feel terrible again. No motivation, cant sleep, cant get up even after 7-8 hours of sleep. Been on a CPAP now for over a year as well. Diet is not terrible, track macros and calories to maintain. Thinking about lowering dose to 80mg/ml every 3 days and see how things go again from there. Anyone have issue like this?

Perhaps give more frequent injections a try? When I first started, I began with 2X/week; later on, I switched to MWF, and starting feeling much better.

What youre describing is common and comes from hormonal shifts...you need to check prolactin, estrogen, dht.... Aromatization, enzyme activity and receptor response shifts over months its not all about testosterone levels. So many other markers play into how you feel. When you lower the dose and temporarily feel better its because e2 drops, rbc production slows, CNS stress lowers, plus your androgen receptors regain some sensitivity. Pull a full panel, everything. Post the results. Let the big brains on here look it over. My 2 cents anyway...you'd do well to start doing daily injections as well. No peaks or troughs.

I go to a Endocrinologist, for treatment. They do not believe in checking estrogen. But I have had just about everything ran at one point. I was to go back last month for another lab panel, but scheduling conflict, so now it pushed back again.

Your Endo put you on 200mg of testosterone and doesnt believe in checking estrogen? Am I understanding that right? So no e2 readings at all over the entire time youve been injecting testosterone? Look brother, a doctor is great, but its YOUR body. Either make him test your other markers or find another doctor. If he wont and you wont boot him, then pay for it yourself. (Anabolic Insights or DiscountedLabs are both pay sites that you can order your own bloodwork) there are others. I use those 2. Until you pull the correct bloodwork youre shooting in the dark.
