As the new year appt, what goals have you set for yourself?
My main goal is , To Slow Down! It’s bad enough that the older I get the faster time seems to pass. I really feel like I need to”Stop and smell the roses” ! I plan to stay as healthy and fit as possible but not push myself so hard.
