9 Healthy Late-Night Snack Options

Cottage cheese mixed with a little flavored whey is a great option. Gives you some initial fullness and the casein digests slowly through the night. A small amount of fresh berries is a nice addition to it as well.

I’m gonna have to hard pass on the PB&J 😬 before bed.

I'm not sure about banana or cheese and crackers either.. list wasn't what I was expecting lol

I’ve been making a family size pack of sugar free jello, whatever flavor you like. You take the pack mix it with 2 cups boiling water and mix then add in 1 cup - 1 1/2 cups of high protein Greek yogurt. Take and mix that till pulling dissolved and/or mixed with your jello mix. Pop that in the fridge and you can get 40-50g of protein in one container. This stuff is delicious and doesn’t taste sugar free. Great for cravings. You can also add fresh fruit to it if you like. I highly recommend.
