Yes! And lack of carbohydrates!! People seem to be scared of them(which is fine) but on a cycle ; you can utilize a lot more carbs ! Especially when you time them correctly - simple , fibrous carbs , complex , etc .

450g -500 atm...I can not just eat rice basmati or jasmine all day..oats,granola,wheat penne,sweet potato, other potatoes and yes some cereal kashi or high protein special k..
