Hi everyone,
Right after this past Easter I started taking Tirzepatide and completely cut out all bad foods, coffee/caffeine, alchohol (98%). I am 6'2" and went from 255 to currently 215. Protien shake for breakfast around 8am, for lunch a pre-cooked chicken breast w/ a touch of BBW sauce or high quality prepared steak (cook all fod myself). About 4-6wks ago I also started taking L-Carnitine @ 1500mg/wk divided into 3 shots, I read that its supposed to aid in turning fat cells into energy and when I Googled L-Carnitine Vs. test Cyp, Carnitine seemed like it had benefits without Cyp's side effects. Coming onto this forum, I'm reading a lot of opions that Carnitine is really only effective if a persons BF% is already very low, I still have a bit of a belly and man boobs and when running a rudimentary BF% online calculator using only age/height/weight, it seems I'm still around 28% BF.
I've been focused so far soley on losing weight but want to start lifting again. I lifted in my 20's, ran a few cycles so am familiar with things. I'm injury prone and have a couple pains in the middle of my back that have been doggin me for a decade. Anyway, if Carnitine really isn't doing anything beneficial, I was considering starting test Cyp at just 200mg/wk and was hoping for some feedback?
Sorry for the long post.
