MARATHON FOOTBALL CONTEST 
GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 IN MARATHON CREDIT 
RUNNER UP: $500 IN MARATHON CREDIT 
HOW IT WORKS
- Pick 6 teams each week from the Sunday slate that you believe will win.
- Picks must be submitted before 1:00 PM EST on Sunday, when the thread will be locked.
- If an early international game is played, your pick must be submitted before kickoff.
- Every correct pick earns points based on that week's value.
- The point value intentionally increases every week, making the later weeks more important and giving players a chance to make a comeback.
- No editing picks after they have been submitted.
- If you pick a game that isn't part of the Sunday slate, that's on you. Double-check your picks before submitting.
- Miss 2 consecutive weeks and you will be eliminated from the contest.
- Cheating will not be tolerated. Any attempt to manipulate, alter, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in the contest will result in disqualification.

WHY THE SCORING INCREASES
This isn't a standard pick'em.Early-season wins matter, but every week carries more weight as the season progresses. That means someone who gets hot late can make a serious run at the top of the standings.
Stay in it. Keep making your picks. You're not out of it until it's over.
TIEBREAKER
If there is a tie after Week 18, tied contestants will use a total-points tiebreaker.Along with your six picks, you must predict the total number of points scored in one of your six selected games.
The contestant with the closest prediction wins the tiebreaker.
