12 months in this has been my result.
Very happy with where im at but still looking for bigger gains in the future. I do feel i should have made more progress but being a father of 4 and grandfather with a demanding work schedule has derailed me a few times. Its been a long year of meal prep getting the gym in and staying consistent all while working around injuries. Im 52 and in the best shape ive been in in 30yrs. Read a lot of great information posted on here that has helped me along my way. All Maraton Pharm products.

Great progress dude. What kind of benefits have you seen from the ghkcu? I see a lot of mixed reviews online the wife has debated taking it

Ive seen decent results. Having lost 125lbs over the last three years left my face gaunt. Im seeing a bit of fullness and smoother skin. Definitely a slow burn. Not over night. Been using it for 8months now
