So the Hurricane Pro was October 17th & 18th.

I was 184lbs on stage. During prep I was 215lbs (I know that’s small)

My cap is 192lbs on stage.

The plan is to jump up to about 230lbs and be 192lbs exactly on stage.

Thank God for the C-PAP…

Blood pressure is doing well, and so is Glucose. :)

Glucose was 100 on the dot.

Target areas are Deltoids, Biceps, Chest, Back, Quads, Hammies & Calves.

So I’ll continue to do Chest, Legs, & Back multiple times per week as I already am.

I’m very motivated by the men on this app, you guys are so incredibly knowledgeable. It makes me want to be better and even more knowledgeable to be able to have these conversations with you guys.

Hell yeah man sounds like you got a good plan. And I agree everyone can always learn more I love this shit too!!!

Gotchya. Figured you’d know so, but didn’t know as you said glucose was good lol. Not shocked at the numbers though as you’re up 30lbs so I’m assuming pounding some food. Plus electrolytes are likely a bit off still not helping the FBG.
