So Ive been blasting and cruising for a few years now and have never really done blood pressure precaution I mean I take supplements just not for that, if I was to start telmisartan for bp issues how much per day? Just as a baseline amount my bottom number is great usually around 60, my top number consistently is around 150-160

I’d start with the standard 40 mg per day and see where you land. You can always increase.

Id panic if my systolic was 160, and I run gram and a half cycles. You should already be on bp meds brother. I run telmisartan at 40mg 2x a day and 2.5 mg Nebivolol 1x at night(while on cycle). This combo is great and staves of LVH and potentialkidney damge . You likely wont need 40mg 2x tho, start at 20mg 1x a day, potentially moving to 20mg 2x day. Just my opinion man. But get that number down in any case.

You definitely need to deal with that. High blood pressure left untreated for years is what leads to lvh. Ive been using 40mg for a couple years now

Mine is around 125/70 when on cycle, and I am taking 40mg a day. Be careful, 40 mg a day raised my Potassium above recommended range and I had to back off.
