Yoked bro...alot of work for that. Nice. 💪

What's the goal right now?
We recently tried to get me down to my classic cap and do one last show in classic (I competed in classic last year). However, the lowest I got was 233 (ready to go) and my cap is 209 or 217 depending on if get heighted in a little above 5'11 like I did last time. So, we gave up on classic and took off the chains and letting me push up to open and the goal is to compete in supers next year.

Stay healthy and big things are coming your way man!

What do your macros look like ?

Any insulin in the stack ?

Just found this log. 20 years old? F me.

Go for it young man! You are obviously looking to go far in the sport. Really think about getting the gyno taken care of now rather than later.
Getting it taken care of over Christmas break, been speaking to a few people about finding somebody to do it. :)

Bad news boys pulled my glute today I believe. Starting to learn that im not invincible and training like a complete savage every single day is going to end with me hurting myself (like I did today). I feel I need to learn to balance my intensity to a smarter degree. Considering working with Mike Condell for my training. Also, I have used BPC 157 in the past and saw a negligable benefit from it. Is it worth maybe trying again for this little injury?
