Haven't ran into this issue yet with GH. I diluted a vial about 24 ish hours ago and its been sitting in the fridge since. It looks like it has some floaters and a little cloudy. Any input on if theres any issues running this or should I just scrap it.Screenshot_20260404_214232_Gallery.jpg

From what I’ve read about this problem, it’s a stabilizer they put in it, mannitol (spelling might be wrong). It’s to much of it , so cloudy and the particles. Some people just use it, others filter it and they say it comes out particle free and less cloudy or not cloudy at all, others throw it out. Can’t tell you about filtering, never done it ,but shouldn’t be to hard to look for. Last thing, you can contact vendor and see if they’ll compensate you, worth a try. One more thing, some filter the GH no matter what. Did you a kit? Is this the first vial? Hope this helped.

Mannitol is a diuretic nothing to do with what he got.

I found this, but it seems to be both, a diuretic and used as a stabilizer.

Yes — too much mannitol can make an HGH vial look cloudy, especially if the formulation is becoming unstable or if the powder has not fully dissolved. Mannitol itself can also crystallize, which can create visible particles or cloudiness in protein formulations.[pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih +1]
What it means
For HGH, cloudiness is more often a sign of poor reconstitution, temperature stress, contamination, or protein aggregation than “extra mannitol” alone. Mannitol can affect stability either by crystallizing or by changing the physical environment around the hormone, which may contribute to visible changes.[accessdata.fda +1]
Practical takeaway
If an HGH solution is cloudy, has particles, changes color, or looks different from what it normally does, it is safest not to use it until it is verified by a pharmacist or the manufacturer. Injectable products should be clear unless the label specifically says otherwise, and cloudy appearance can indicate a problem.[ncbi.nlm.nih +1]

When you recon, a sort of soapy look appears on the outer edges when it’s reacting to the BAC, sticking to the vial the way soapy water forms around the inside of a clear glass when washing it.
Then it will clear up and stay that way.
I wouldn’t inject that

Ive had a real script and used plenty of quality UGL
THAT AINT RIGHT.

Mannitol has been in HGH for a long time... not so much Pharm grade but UGL (y)
Cloudy like the OP posted isn't from Mannitol.
I’ve only seen it in pharma to prevent the water bloat, give a drier look, but from what I understood adding it to GH throws off the structure. Seems I was wrong if it stabilizes it instead.

Ive been dealing with cloudy high concentration GH from a sponsor here. They worked with me on my problem with it but swore it is because of the Mannitol. Either way I wouldnt be crazy about any cloudy compound or peptide. If its cloudy there is some issue with it amd everybody is quick to say "filter it" but if you research even a minute youll see info telling you never to filter GH because of harming and degrading it due to its fragility.

my first HGH run I paid over 7k for a script. It was clear, I radically changed my physique using it following the exact same structure and protocols I was already doing

Adding 2 then 3 then 4 then 5 (was too much) and back down to 4 ius a day

There have been 1-2 ugls as good, they cam with adverse sides that pharma did not

That being said who knows why, our bodies, (my body) adapt to change, I/we stay fighting homeostasis

genetics is the difference, people
Don’t handle AAS and or HGH the same

It’s way more complex than just, mine was clear so it is better than yours. Vice versa, that is precisely why anecdotal experience trumps a study all day everyday

Conclusion: If Cloudy, toss it!

That's because if it's cloudy then it's full of impurities. I've had GH like that, it tested in the low 80's and the manufacturer replaced the kits no questions asked.
Interesting to know that it tested low when cloudy and my actual script forth was crystal clear

Just reconstituted this Gh a moment ago. Bac water straight out of the fridge.

Crystal clear.
