Been out for over a year. A bout with pneumonia took me straight down to the bottom. 53yrs old. 6'3" 240 as of now. And a subpar 240 at best. Still runnin a little test but looking to jump on the peptide bandwagon. Weight loss, strength, sexual aid and endurance. 30 years ago when I started gear I didnt know where to start. Back to that square with peptides. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I wouldn't hop on the peptide wagon just yet. How much Test you running?

Have you been staying active and recovering, or are you just getting back into it?

Couple hundred mgs a week. Ive been somewhat active doing some boxing here and there, but I havent gotten on a weight pile in a while.
 
TRT dose is a great place to start and get your macros and training dialed in

Unless your looking into glp like reta to help, I’m not well versed to advise on those,
That would be a great question to ask in the proper subforum 👇🏼 a lot of members have achieved radical results from using them.
I just read a janoshik reta HPLC test results that was stellar from @DUTCHUSA labs

I would start by just making eating healthy and training regular a thing. Plenty of rebound likely to happen just from that.
Diets on. Weight pile is back. Ive been in the aas life for 30 years. Looking to just stay on my trt and experiment with the tides. Cant be as dangerous as it was 30 years ago diving into the aas life face first.

Well i am 66. been at it in some manner since 1973. Find the basics are the cornerstone. As for most peps i have tried a number and have been pretty unimpressed with the ones i have used. My experience it that food, training and consistency and some anabolics accomplishes the vast majority. But start trying the peps there are a bunch to choose from.
 
Reta changed my life pretty much overnight. HCG is necessary IMO to pair along with TRT. HGH is an option. I did try the Meletonin-2 and it worked as intended, but I have read of potential sides. I only took a few doses. The rest seems like snakeoil to me. There are lots of dudes on a lot of shit, but the ones posting how great they are seem to be the ones slinging it. Ill wait for some empirical data.

Yeah I noticed there a bunch of em. Makes me wonder if its even worth it. Back when I started gear we had 4 or 5 compounds to choose from that were not so easily available. We made do with what we could get and it was fun. The bath tub tren really sent me over the top though. As toxic as it was, it was fun to use.

Being 59 and 60 in a few months this is the best advice anyone could give I know form experience I’ve had 2 major shoulder surgeries and a leg broke that cost me 3 years and 3 surgeries so est healthy and train regularly and you’ll see a good starting point
