I’m looking to add one or more of these to my protocol and I’ve been down the rabbit hole for the last few weeks on these and there’s so much conflicting information out there my head is spinning. I’m currently cruising on Test C/Mast E and started Reta 2 weeks ago. Looking for something to kick the fat burn up a notch but mainly I want that sleep improvement. My sleep is no bueno. I sleep 7-8 hours but never feel rested. I wake up 20 times a night.

Since Tesamorelin doesn’t appear to help with sleep, I’m taking it out of the equation.

Currently weighing Sermorelin alone or some variation of CJC1295/Ipamorelin. Still not sure if the combo without DAC is better than separate with the DAC and fewer CJC pins for these goals. Feels like it’s all gonna be about the same, but I’d like to hear any firsthand advice from those who have done it both ways and noticed a difference.
 
If you came off a blast and your cruising on test and mast chances are you are staying a little toxic and a little androgenized, which causes sleeplessness since androgens are a mild cns stimulant. You're looking to patch it with something that probably won't address the problem.
 
Just go with GH. Chances of improved sleep are better then secretagauges. Plus they’re only likely going to squeeze an extra IU out of your nightly pulse. What are your test and mast dosages? Because like Glyco said high androgen load ain’t helping the situation.
I’m currently running 150 test, 300 mast and about 50 tren and sleeping like a baby. Four units of growth before bed. Get your steps in.

The main reason I was interested in the peptides is because I like the idea of not suppressing natural production and I’m also just curious if they work. My 2 previous runs with GH at 2 IUs a day didn’t really move the needle.

2 IUs is a replacement dose it's not going to move the needle. Increase your dosage if you want to see the effects of running GH.

Honestly bro if you’re waking up 20x a night, that’s not a peptide issue—that’s something else going on. GH stuff might help a little but it’s not gonna fix broken sleep. I’d dial in sleep hygiene first (room temp, no screens, electrolytes, maybe magnesium) before adding more compounds. CJC/Ipam can help recovery but don’t expect miracles for sleep. Fix the root, then stack smart

I thought I was bad off at 5x waking nightly. Poor dude. Def something bigger or more fundamental afoot here if I’d risk a guess.
 
I agree. GH stuff might help recovery but sleep that bad is usually something deeper-apnea, cortisol, or even diet timing. No compound’s fixing that

Oh, definitely more afoot. I’ve had 3 sleep studies over the years and they always say I have an abnormal delta wave pattern but it doesn’t match up to any specific sleep disorder. It’s closest to narcolepsy but isn’t. Plus sleep apnea but the CPAP made a huge improvement there. It runs in cycle of good and bad. The more stress I have, the worse it gets.

What else have you tried to combat it other than basic stuff like sleep hygiene? Maybe you should look into Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide.

Damn, I’ve been seeing DSIP on the peptides list this whole time and had no idea that’s what it was or it was even a thing! Thanks for the heads up! This might be right up my alley!
 
If your a young man, you will not shut down your natty HG (pituitary) when coming off. Its not like testosterone.
If your 50+ your pretty much not making much natty HGH but a quick blood test will be the tell all.

I don't have any other experience with other GHRH peptides but I may try Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin combo next as Tesa is FDA approved and it seems to be pretty popular especially for those wanting to target visceral abdominal fat.

Not yet, I have considered and almost pulled the trigger but still have about 6 vials of GHRH/GHRP peptides to get through. I am certainly interested and will likely get my hands on some in the near future. Being a newbie to all of this world (started with peptides) I wanted to get a good first cycle of test alone in before I start stacking on too much to see how my body responds first.

It’s always cool when someone notices and makes a compliment . A lot of days I feel like , I’m whooped and dont feel like hitting weights tonight . %99 of the time , I do anyway and always feel better after . It seems it’s definitely more common to see nowadays, than when we were younger . People our age are a bit more tuned in to living a little healthier these days and excersising in some way or another .

I wish I would have started a bit younger , like your age . But life happens , kids ,job, wife and just bad choices. With all the info we have nowadays , you younger guys the sky is the limit !! But better late then never , every training session makes a difference and staying consistent.

Hell ,i wish i was younger,last year,health scares,loss of job etc all put my life on hold,i have the woman kids & grandkids, but im still pushing,training and routines ,consistency in life is what keeps me sane,lol.
