What was your daily dosage?

What was your carb protocol following injections?

Did you run HGH with it? I'm going to!

I plan on eating protein for the first house following my workout and shot then eating a ton of carbs after the "protein synthesis window" has closed, so to say.

What were results like after a couple months on the IGF-1 LR3?

Well, a lot of thinking, effort, and math had to go into me being able to use the dosage that I want to use. Because you can only add about 2mLs of BasicStero water to a standard small vail of IGF1, (IGF-LR3 doesn't get deteriorate in BS water if you refrigerate it) I had to transfer the IGF into a larger vial. I then added two more mLs of BasicStero water to it after that. Then, at 1 iu, I'm using 33 mcg of IGF1-LR3. So, that'll be my beginning dosage until I feel more comfortable. I like adding 3mLs of water too because if I want to bump to 50mcg, I simply use 1.5 is and that would be 49.5 mcg so pretty spot on so dosing is pretty good when adding 3 mLs of BS water. I've eaten 80g carbs with both injections I've done so far, but I'm looking to get that to 100g even. I haven't experienced any sense of going Hypo at all yet.

I'll keep everyone posted on my thoughts...

Have a good pre workout meal hour before training ...pin Igf-1 lr3 15 to 30 minutes of training and have a intra workout shake with some carbs and EAAs ...enjoy the pump !
Last night was my first time using it Pre workout instead of Post workout. I know I've only been on this IGF for three days, but I swear I looked more full when I looked at myself in the mirror, especially in my biceps, which is an area I'm trying to bring up a bit. Funny thing was, it was a push day so I wasn't hitting biceps directly! I'm not good about eating a ton of carbs before working out, but the IGF makes me eat the carbs. I think I'm going to use it Pre workout whenever possible and post workout only when I'm unable to use it Pre workout. I'm starting to wonder what the pump would be like at 80 mcg with like 150 grams of carbs! Yeowsa! Lol. I'm sure I'm going to mess around with this, but at the same time be safe.

I'm also kind of excited because I'm going to start using some of Mike Mentzer's rest/pause techniques into my workouts. It seems brutal, but also seems like it really works if you utilize it properly.

Anyone here use rest / pause techniques to push their workouts harder?

Yes,i remember u telling me this,about splitting the dose.
I have never used aa with any compound though.im seeing it as a must w certain things.

Here. Good read, everybody says they use BW without issues!!! I lol at that.. AA is the only way with LR3

I use to recon in AA then when I went to pin it Id add in some BW to lessen the sting.
I was never impressed by LR3... but that's me... I wanted it to work and after several vendors and a decade of trying... It just wasn't worth the price.
 
This thread is AWESOME so far. I have 600 mcg (Pharma) I’m about to experiment with. Thinking 30 mcg post workout with carbs to start and go from there.

Currently on 4iu HGH as well.

Great question and I guess it more of thinking “insulin like” and combine with carbs to push into the muscle and maximize anabolism and anti-catabolism.

That said if the consensus is Pre is better I can easily run it that way.

I've never seen anyone get any actual results from LR3.

I haven't used myself, but I also don't really see any reason to. more often then not what I read is people got nothing from it
 
50mcg split between muscles trained 30minute b4 training & i BLOW up like Tick!!
I suggest using AA instead of bac.
I did some research and concluded that it won't degrade in BS water if refrigerated. I have a little can soda cooler I use strictly for my GH and IGF-1. I love that little cooler and busting it open everyday now. I also think busting that cooler open everyday motivates me even more to go KILL IT!! I'm pretty new to GH as well. (I've only run 2 kits in all my history) Yesterday was day 3 of that too and I slept pretty damn well last night. I'm sure my new prescription for Ambien is helping too. Everything is finally in check and it feels damn good. Sleep was something that was really killing me and my gains...

I cant say its caused me to add tissue.
I only use it with legs, i struggle with building quad tissue (52 in July) so the insane pumps i get look great 😃 & my hope is the extra blood flow/blow helps some🤷

yeah that does seem consistent with what I've heard.

immediately pre workout gives some good pumps
