GLP-1s can start pulling electrolytes and micronutrients pretty quickly if you’re not careful. A lot of ER visits from GLP-1 side effects could be easily avoided if people simply stayed well-hydrated and kept their electrolytes up. Instead, they end up on an EKG, given some Zofran, and hooked up to an IV. Proper hydration can also help prevent elevated blood pressure, especially with Reta.

I was hospitalized in July and my chloride was critically low. When I told the doctor I was taking Reta, she said that about 99% of the patients she sees on GLP-1s have low chloride and sodium, which likely throws off the sodium-to-potassium ratio. Also BJJ training is so intense for my crew, so electrolytes are absolutely critical—and that could’ve been a contributing factor as well.

If you’re also running TRT or any AAS, magnesium is pretty damn crucial, since you can burn through it quickly—same goes for most minerals.

The power goes out where I am frequently. We are windy here so ice on the lines means power outage.

Yea.i grew up w hurricanes, power off for weeks,.living off propane, fans,batteries.etc.
But it freezes, worlds over ..lol.
I lost everything in tornado in 22.
many kno that,i just hate when world shuts down over some rain or snow.

Yea,it was bad,had canceled transpo,3 times.without power since sat night i believe, this is what cabin fever is i guess,im 4 hours from home,just wanna get the hell out this place
