Hey guys
Wife and I have a vacation w no kids in 50 days, so I wanted to do a quick cut to see if I can trim up some. I'm 6'2" 38, been doing it for about a month, im trying to preserve muscle and my size as much as possible
Starting weight 248
Current 235
Cycle
500mg test cyp weekly
20mg superdrol workout days
40mg yk11 every day 20mg per pin
1-1.5mg reta week
AI anastrozole was at .5mg twice now upped to 1mg twice week
Training is 3-4x a week
Split rotation
Chest/bi
Back/tri
Shoulder/legs
No real standard cardio protocol, im active w my 2 boys few days a week to get heart rate up and sweat enough for the wife to tell me to shower before touching her lol.
I got blood pulled yesterday w the results. I am donating blood on Thursday to help with hemacrit. The order is from my trt clinic so they capped test at 1500.
Diet - I've been about 80/20, where as 80% chicken, tuna, eggs, lean beef, rice, and oats. 20% someday are just a pbj sandwich running out of the house or grabbing a quick granola bar. Can it be cleaned up, for sure and I will. Calories are around 2500, I don't have carb load days.
Anyways, if you want to add anything or ask anything please do.
