Extravagant life style ..lol
The food,kids,g kids etc is Extravagant the aas is nothing..im lost for words.
This last year i been in out of hospitals, mental hospitals, jail & rehab, courthouses all while running a local business thats well nevermind, my life is far from Extravagant lol.nice post wish i had better post but this is me

My play on words don’t have too much meaning haha. Extra curricular activities sounds better. I’m sorry to hear it hasn’t been too well brother. Hope all turns for the better and enjoy the family especially grand kids. I’m not to the point of having kids myself yet but one day for sure

Some advice: Look for a high end/wealthy area, start at the bottom and make as many connections as possible. Have a side business as a second income. If you hustle, you can make a VERY good living regardless of market conditions as people with money are always buying/selling.

I got a buddy who wants to teach me some, he moved to commercial now and says he works less and makes more. Where I’m from there’s only a select few wealthy areas and they almost are never on sale so he switched. I’m learning a little at a time

Some advice, the future of commercial real estate will be on the decline due to brick and mortars shifting to digital platforms. The addition of AI will also diminish the need for commercial agents due to the cost approach calculations. The only exception is in extreme industrial areas.
 
I wouldn’t call my lifestyle extravagant but I’m very cost aware in everyday life and pinch when and where I can always looking for deals buying in bulk etc. I feel like we all get caught up in name brand or convenience etc but if we see past that it frees up more money. With that being said most of the cash is spent on bills etc. than the family and than me 🤣🤣

Extravagant? LOL.
My test is $10 with my prescription from my insurance. I do one or two cycle a year and it usually runs under $350
