Will HGH heal repair my tennis elbow?

Short answer: no

Longer answer: no, maybe it increases cell proliferation and helps with healing, but I’ve been dealing with left elbow pain that went from golfers elbow, to tennis elbow, to supinator inflammation. It’s been over a year now and I’ve been on GH the whole time. Finally started PT a week ago
 
your gonna get mixed reviews on here my friend. Google has plenty of infor related to igf-1 levels in the body and what hgh will do for the body if increasing igf-1 levels. I hate to be that guy. I personally take hgh but with tennis elbow or tendonitis, so good old bpc-157 and tb-500 usually gets rid of inflammation within a week or 2
 
No. Compression and rest is what it took for me … your body will heal while it’s resting, compression helped me a lot I wore a sleeve to sleep at night and of course at the gym but didn’t use my arm

Muscle memory is real so did t sweat it too much, you will atrophy, I did

When I let my body heal I’ve never had another issue, others may have different stories

I think this is the way to go. I’ve tried bpc and tb but the only thing that really helped was the dreaded rest.
 
BPC will be enough. 250-500mcg twice a week at the injection area.
Injection area? Near the tendonitis or is it in the belly- 2 inches from the navel?

You can pin BPC at 250-500 mcg every night for 30 days. Add in TB every 4 days at 5 mgs. TB acts as a slow release peptide. So 5 mgs every four days for 30 days. I will say this. I haven’t had the greatest luck with TB and BPC for tennis elbow. It did help but didn’t knock it out. However this protocol did help heal my grade 2 quad tear. I was squatting again under weight in 16 days.

For the bpc/tb combo and tennis elbow flare ups I inject right near the pain into my forearm. Use a chip clip or something similar to pinch the skin up on the forearm and hold it for you and just use a slin pin into it. I personally use 29g slin pins. I highly recommend combining this with resting the arm from workouts as well. I had mine cleared up in one week by not lifting with that arm and pinning it daily.

Yes and use a 5/16 inch pin and not 1/2. The tissue around the elbow is thin. Use a potato chip clip or get someone to pinch some flesh so you can pin in a good spot.
 
Okay, so it sounds like rest, BPC-157, and TB-500 are the go-to's for this tennis elbow nonsense. I'm gonna give the BPC/TB combo a shot right near the pain, just like heavydutygorilla said, with my new slin pins . And yeah, legs and cardio it is for the week – my poor upper body is gonna be so jealous! Thanks for all the advice, fingers crossed this works!

Ugh, a week of no push or pull? Sounds like torture, but if it gets rid of this tennis elbow, I'm in! Legs and cardio it is... for now . Thanks for the slin pin tips, gonna grab those Care Touch ones and give it a shot right near the pain . Hopefully, I'll be back to crushing it in no time!

"A couple times a week" is useless when using BPC, it has an incredibly short half life, so you actually need to use it 2-3 times per day.
A better protocol for recovery when using BPC is 500mg 2-3x a day (1,000-1,500mg ED).
