Does anyone notice the effects from this? I take ashwaganda daily, but without tren I am noticeably more irritable. On tren, nothing bothers me, I'll laugh something off before I get angry.
Lowering serum cortisol is very unlikely to actually impact perceived stress, it’s more so going to effect the physiological aspects of cortisol.
This is what makes Tren such a powerful tool in prep for example. Even though your perceived stress is high and there are many factors that would typically raise cortisol (lots of cardio, low food, lack of sleep), it helps battle the negative impacts of chronically high cortisol on our body (water, inflammation etc.).
Also worth noting, TOO low of cortisol also feels terrible.
Yeah, that’s common. Tren can blunt emotions and boost confidence, while off it your natural mood swings return. Ashwagandha helps a bit, but it can’t match tren’s effect on brain chemistry.
