Oh I know it...

AI-Ops are now non-stop (attacks) 24x7 on our (and everyones) infrastructure.
I manage 350 Palo Alto Firewalls for a global company, and its brutal. I put in Geo-blocks and just block the entire countries at our borders.
Of course they know their way around things (proxies, etc).
One good thing is AI-Tools are now built into firewalls as well. But hackers are always one step ahead of the legit companies.
So we play 'catch-up' with them because of that. We block so many domains, networks, etc, pretty soon we may just turn down our internet connections.
(Egress everyone thru a cloud portal)... Fun, fun, fun...

Seems weird to me that these people are so evil we need to kill them instantly without a trial, but then we get a few survivors and just drop them back off at a neighboring country so they can do it again? Makes me think we are just blowing up fishing boats and don’t want word to get out here.

I remember reading that, media, house and senate are pretty quiet on this. even if they dont agree they arent saying much. Cartels are ruthless they only respect and fear other ruthless actors. personally I would rather our military stop fentanyl entering our country and protecting our borders than protecting borders of other countries and protecting poppy fields in Afghanistan
