I don't consume THC but I do use melatonin at night and ashwagandha in the morning.Usually a mix of THC and this stuff.
Body eventually adjust some and I can get back to sleep. But there were a few times when I start 30mg and just had to get my day started at 3am
I'll have to look into the other supplements on that product, I know 5-HTP is good for dopamine recovery.
