Starting my first cycle(350mg test e) for 12-16 weeks.
Starting in about a week after I feel good about what I’m doing for my PCT.
19 years old 156lbs around 15 percent body fat and about 4 years of training.
315 squat, 315 deadlift and 225x5 bench. Haven’t been able to gain weight on 3k calories a day for almost a year at this point.
Will be posting baseline labs tomorrow and regularly posting updates and logging.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
