They talked about it on the pbd podcast. Said he was doing sprints in the back alley and got mad at the guy for parking in his way. Why he was doing sprints in the back alley of a bar (lol), no clue, he either got into a dick measuring contest with some high school football hero or he was hopped up on something other than alcohol.
Either way a bizarre situation.

I pick up on his indirect speech patterns his first term, he basically says yes and no in the same sentence, I think it is a way to avoid conflict and also he remains right either way
