Your free test is 6 times the reference range. That's pretty good lol.
You can add some Proviron or Masteron if you want to lower shbg and bump the free test up more.

Was a little mixed up with pg vs ng now I know America measures test in ng/bald eagle screech and the numbers make more sense lol. Going to finish out on test only for now I’m working on finishing a cut which might help free test once I’m done with it, have a month left and might bump up to 500 test to bulk a little until I finish “cycle” and plan to add a few things for the next one.
 
Pulled full bloodwork after exactly 1 month of using SB labs TestC 250
Total test went from 260 to 1126! Shout out @SB Labs !!

My protocol is currently 100mg twice weekly for a total of 200mg a week.

My LDL and HDL are fucked, so no more red meat for me, fuck I love steak, that is going to be hard to reduce. Might have to get back on BP meds also.
My E2 is off the charts, I have Arimadex on hand. time to use it? sides are minimal, mild water retention and moodiness. no sensitive nips though.

Time to dial in, any advice is welcome.

Just got blood drawn yesterday!

Wrapping up a 12 week cut with some spicy AAS. Finished up with 1200 MG TestE, 500 MG TrenE and 1000 MG MastE. Weekly. All SBlabs.

Was a great cut, comp has never been better but after the Tren my body and my CNS needs a 6-12 week break. BP/RHR started going up which is my cue. Will post labs real soon!

O I miss read that I was thinking he was 250mg 3 times a week not 250mg split into 3 injections. I was closer to the 750mg split into 3 times a week and mine came back around the 1200's thats why I was a saying it w a interesting.... sorry I need to read better before I respond lol.

I thought about trying this. Any benefits you noticed running sust over a single ester for cruise?
 
Those look like good numbers. I have switched back to test E and I have dropped my dose down to 200mg a week. Im also in a health phase for a couple months. I usually do bloodwork at the end of each health phase and if im doing a 16-20week course ill do bloodwork in the middle to see how things are doing.
 
Im also running bpc157, tb500, and 4ius of hgh to help with healing during this phase. I take more off days and lower the volume and intensity of my workouts to promote healing during this time as well.

No advantage if trying to improve bloods.
I was blasting sust and just lowered my dose to a trt level I thought (200mg).. apparently it was more of a cruise dose so I dropped to 150 pinning 3x wk.. hct went from 60-49 and hemo from 20-17 in 3 months.
Honestly I think microdosing prop or any ester ed would be most beneficial if trying to improve hct and hemo. Less spikes
 
Bloodwork on 1000 Mg TestE/450 Mg TrenE/1000 Mg MastE weekly. Bloods taken approx 48 hours after last pin. Estrodiol high but no sides, just some homeostasis working. SBlabs coming through!

Taking 6-8 weeks on Cruise then starting a 20 week bulk on Test/EQ/Deca/Hgh. Thanks boysScreenshot_20250920_144602_Files by Google~2.jpg
 
I have been using SB Labs Test-C for the past couple of years. My current dosage is 300mg Test-C (only) per week split into four pins.

Estradiol is high but ratio seems good and not noticing any sides.

E2 could be a little high cause it’s not an ultra sensitive test so if you’re feeling good,👍

It was about 36 hours after last pin. (75mg EOD)
