We've dropped 50g carbs daily and we're increasing gear to:
Test 450 (was 250)
Mast 500 (was 200)
Eq 300 (same)
+ ai

I thought we were hitting a stall considering it was 2 weeks in a row with less than 1lb lost, but day 2 of 150g carbs and I'm down another couple lbs. It was the right call to pull carbs.

Keeping on keeping on.

Leg press was out of commission and i was short on time. Honestly i just didn't want my legs totally ruined for this weekend.

More posing this morning. Found a dude who was posing Jon Jewett and followed him so i can lock in some of those tips.

Small vacation this weekend with the wife. Won't be on diet but I'll get my protein in and keep cals in range. Cardio PRs: imminent.
 
Got home Sunday from Seattle. Only saw 7 trannies in 48 hours, so it's less than expected.

Scale staying steady around 197, check ins moved to Friday.

Thank you, I needed to pull it together and I cant say you didn't play a role in that.

I think the lighting may be playing a role here because I DO have abs, but the front-on lighting makes them hide. Still, I can't help but feel like I'm behind.

I haven't bought entry into the Oct 19th show so I can reschedule if needed.

There's no tanning anywhere near me so I'm just doing old fashioned sunlight. I'll run MT2 and tan for the last month or two if needed.

Yes, that's a good idea, but I believe @Syntha Claus was telling you to pay for the card and for the tanning at the show so you are invested enough to follow through.

Also, think about switching your testosterone ester to a fast one, because it will activate estrogen faster, which will help protect your joints a bit.
