My 'to be fair' post.
All the losses I incurred after the stupid tariffs (additional tax on US middle class to line elite pockets) announcement have been recouped + a few K so as far as the stock market goes the sky isn't falling anymore......for now.

The economy is still shit and MAGA is divided over what America First means but oh well. No war, no country involvement, oh wait maybe this war, the wind did change direction after all.

I will never feel good about anyone’s losses. We work too hard for our money just to see it go away. I worked and saved mine for 43 years.

My whole contention in this thread is many people my age and older have worked and saved their whole life. They depend on it for what time they have left of on this earth.

The asshole in DC doesn’t give two shits about this. He doesn’t care about you and I, he’ll keep running his mouth with recklessness and disregard for the consequences. And now that he’s elected without another term applicable, just watch what he doesn’t do for any of us.

I said it here a few times, politicians havent fixed the problems that made trump president the first time they doubled down on their mistakes which made him president second time but while people focus on hating trump what they arent noticing is the door is opened wider for someone far worse that trump to enter

All my accounts (managed and brokerage) are fucking off the charts.

Nice to see but I feel like its a bit of a house of cards.

Been doing a bit of selling lately.

September is normally a poor month for the stock market although if there is a Fed rate cut, that will bring the market up for a bit, but I expect some falling off next month.

Many stocks aren't just going to continue to set new highs in the fashion they have been IMO.

Mine are up but this feels like an everything bubble to me.

My advice is be diversified and take a little profit.

I’m doing good

Holding what I have

Building a cash reserve for the next major pullback. Lot of companies like nvidia and dell beating their earnings and going down. Market seems to want to pull back. A correction is inevitable and expected. Not selling and paying capital gains tax though, fuck that
