Why is my hemoglobin lower this time?

Donated blood today and was shocked my hemoglobin was only 17.7. It’s always been 18.2 or 18.4. From as little as 100mg test cyp and 100mg nandrolone/week or 300 test cyp and 250 nandrolone/week. This time I crept up to 500mg test cyp but kept the nandrolone at 100mg/week and then starting Oct 28th stopped the nandrolone and started creeping back down on the test every two days or so until where I’m at now which is 140mg test cyp/week. Anastrozole has always been .25mg EOD. I started taking 20mg Oxandrolone only on days I lift pre workout, Enclomiphene 12.5mg EOD and 400mg HCG on Sun & Wed. I specifically donated early this time expecting my highest hemoglobin ever and found it was the lowest. I’m really shocked. One other thing i changed was reducing the Monster energy drinks from 4/day to only one and sometimes none. I always wondered if consuming thousands of times more B vitamins from the Minster drinks could be affecting my hemoglobin. No Doctor ever commented on that when asked. For people that are anemic they give B vitamins.

I have it too. When I was TRT 200/wk, mine would hit 19.8 but would fluctuate. It could have been lower from the last donation. Are you going every 56 days? Could be hydration. Could be sleep apnea which can cause high hemoglobin too.. BTW, That's seems like alot of Adex for 140mg/wk. Have you checked your blood work? I would take 1mg every two week on 200, just to keep my E from tanking. Adex is a E killer. Don't take much. Just Food for thought.

What is your ferritin(iron) at? My iron is low and my numbers are better even being on blast.

Almost two months after my last blood donation my Ferritin was 22 ng/mL (Low) and my Hemoglobin was 17.8 and Hematocrit 53.2. Now that I compare the date of the blood donation and the blood test it seems it might take my Hemoglobin about two to three months to climb back up to that high value of 18.2 or 18.4. I was planning on donating again in the beginning of Jan but maybe I can hold off. I’m continuing to creep my dose down for a blood test in mid January. I have to make sure my test doesn’t come back ‘high’. What is the best ‘frequency’ for blood donations in relation to a cycle? I guess it makes sense to wait for your hemoglobin to get high to get the most benefit from the blood donation and then perhaps two to three months after for it to climb back up?

Honestly donation is more of a bandaid. 1 donation is roughly 3 points and will take about 2 weeks before it’s back to the same number. If hematocrit is high you need to donate every other week to meaningfully and effectively lower hematocrit.

What compounds least effect your hemoglobin and hct
That's not the answer. The answer for me was to intelligently take time off (at least 4 weeks) and strategically donate no more than 2x a year and only donate when you are off and no AAS/Test at all until at least a week after donation. That way you won't rebound. The problem is everyone under 50 years old is scared to death to go off even for a month.

Another must is at least 60 minutes of cardio a week. that will keep it down. Also hydrate adequately.

Accept the fact that if you use AAS and especially when you run a cycle your HCT will go high. 53-54% is OK. 56% starts to feel lethargic. 60% is danger zone. I go off at 56%. Then I take 4-8 weeks off with hCG. Donate blood after 4 weeks. After that I am at 48%. Ready for another stint. Last cycle I was on either TRT or a mild cycle for 16 weeks. My HCT was 53%. I went off for other reasons.

For me it’s not the issue of donating or coming off it’s the issue of every time I donate the nurses miss a vein and or it’ll flow for like half a donation then stop and after they prick you you automatically can’t donate again for the remainder of time your prob right though every time I check my levels is it’s literally 2 weeks after cycle and I’m sitting around 18.5-19 and then if I wait like 8 weeks it’s normally around mid 16s so I guess I just freak myself out for no real reason to be worried so it’s just normally for it too be a lot higher on a blast and right after
