I am on TRT and I inject 105mg / week Test C and I take nothing else for my therapy. My most recent total testosterone is 640 ng/dl.
If I increase the dosage by 20% to 125 mg/week, should I expect a 20% increase in total testosterone? What about estradiol?

Seems your an 6x multiplier . I’d image that would put your test about 750 slightly increasing estrogen as well.
I’d personally bump it to 150mg/wk putting you around 900..

Pick a dose, stick with it. Homeo-stasis is what your body wants. Not ups & downs. Aromasin low dose for estro.

Yep, that's the ultimate goal. Trying to dial in the dosage now.
