Bamm-Bamm’s newbie journey

Man I really wish one of the gyms i frequent had this. I always loved it for hitting lats.
I honestly never realized how great it was till recently when I was introduced to it. I make a special trip to a different gym location now just so I can use it twice a week!

Its probably one of the most slept on machines in my opinion.

When I have seen it, almost nobody used it, besides people with big lats 😂

If people stopped and looked what all the jacked people were doing in the gym, there probably would be a lot more jacked people 😂
 
Another awesome weekly check-in. Bamm is getting to a point where he's getting lean enough to start seeing separation occurring in multiple areas every week. Best part is we're still at a good caloric intake keeping energy upholding strength, so we have lots of runway.

27lbs down in 14 weeks. Machine.
 
Slept in and went to the gym a little later today and crushed my quads in todays leg session

Yesterday was a blur and I had to postpone back day until today.
Back day was great I’m still maintaining weight/reps

For the first time in my life I think I had what I’m going to call a runners high when I was doing stair master today as I got on and next thing I know my time was up which made todays cardio the best ever.

Another solid leg day in the books. Move up on pendulum squats which was very exciting.

Overall I’m doing great as my sleep has improved ten fold with the weight loss, energy has increased overall and I’m not hungry and the weight confines to drop while maintaining muscle.

I had another fantastic week and my body is continuing to change for the better. I can’t believe how much weight we have lost and been able to maintain strength/ muscle.

Weekly check-in yet another win. Down over another 1lb while macros are still in a good place, energy is solid and maintaining strength. Bamm is murdering it. People f'ing around on gear take notice of the natty. Nutrition, training, recovery, intensity and consistency win every time. :)

Push day has been completed. Went up on chest press as 220 was feeling easy but lowered weight on dips. Cardio has been increased but it allowed me to get more of my audio book in so it wasn’t bad.

Friday had a really good workout and post workout I don’t know what happened but I was just exhausted and feel asleep pretty much all day Friday and Saturday. It worked out well since that was my rest day.

Pull day today was solid. My forearms were insanely tight and my grip strength was basically non existent so I had to lower weight on single arm pulldowns one plate down. Still a really good workout.

Knocked out the second day of 45 minutes of cardio as well.
