Me too.No.. I’m gonna pull bloods in like 4 weeks..
I’m terrible about pulling bloods to be honest.
Same. Only been using it for a month now. Bloods on the 12th but I don't know if it's had time to make a difference yet.View attachment 160051

Which ones.Nattikonase most certainly makes a difference for me. I use a couple brands from vitacost
What brand u using? Report ur bloods when u get emSame. Only been using it for a month now. Bloods on the 12th but I don't know if it's had time to make a difference yet.

I see all different brands and price points. Each brand the Nattokinase is derived from different sources.
Let me know !
Low hematocrit mostlyGood question. I've recently upped to 10K per day. I've tried a couple brands. What are you expecting to see from a blood test?
Thanks for ur inputI use Dr. Arthur Andrews brand, 180 capsules for around $50, lasts me 2 months. I grabbed some yesterday they have a holiday 25% off code BF24 for anyone who needs the code. I also use his Vitamin K/D product, seems solid.
My gp tests for different things because of health issues from time to time because I'm on a statin and a blood thinner. Greek to me but they keep an eye on it. I'm "hoping" I can eventually drop the blood thinner if the nattokinase works well enough. And yes they know about it. I do what they say in this area and if they say drop one or the other I will.Well yeah, but... does your standard blood report show clotting factors?
I can see lower hematocrit, but that's so variable I wonder how much that will show up in a blood test.
I take it for just more general health in the hopes that it will help with blood flow, maybe hematocrit, maybe some lower blood pressure, but I'm not sure it will be enough to see visible, numerical results.
btw... Lumbrokinase is another one to research. Showing promise in actually dissolving arterial plaque.
This is the one I use. They have most of their products tested and post the results on their website. Use their Tudca, NAC, magnesium and a few others as well. Quality stuff.View attachment 160056
I take 12,000 FU daily which is 3 caps.
Blood thinners are notorious for causing easy bruising. Anyone have that issue with nattokinase so far?
Ty for the response. I can bump into a door jam and bruise. I'd rather bruise easily than have a stroke though. Give and take.Yes since taking it I bruise almost everytime I pin. Especially biceps and delts.

Not bruising but extended bleeding time.Blood thinners are notorious for causing easy bruising. Anyone have that issue with nattokinase so far?
