Yes I really like Big bang for a pre W/O for sure.

I don't drink coffee never have. I get my caffeine from diet coke or from caffeine pills. I take Cardine and Cialis in the morning before the gym and alternate with the ECA stack. So far it has worked for me. Pre workout drinks lever had the punch I wanted.

Flavor - Any sugar free drink mix like Starburst or Sunkist packet

All you need - energy and sick pumps. I train at 4am and follow with an Intra of BCAA/EAA/Creatine
