4 weeks is not enough unless it was a VERY minor injury... if you feel it enough to go to a BPC/TB protocol, 8 weeks minimum treatment, and another 4 weeks rest before any stress on the area. All depends on the severity.

The last guy I suggested BPC to, had some serious shoulder issues, both sides.
He did 4 months of BPC treatment 2x daily, and 2 months of additional rest.
Good as new now.
He was 46 and a life-long bber in great shape. Take the time you need!

Day 26 Update
Greetings to everyone on this pleasant Saturday! I had the most wonderful day today. I slept in until 8:30 a.m., followed by a refreshing one-hour stroll. The better part of the day was spent in the delightful company of my beloved spouse.

As for today's workout routine, it included an invigorating session of heavy-bag training and a focused abdominal workout. This particular regimen is truly remarkable as it constantly challenges you, much like ascending a never-ending staircase.

Moving on to my dietary choices for the day, I started off with a nourishing breakfast smoothie comprising seven raw eggs, along with a blend of oatmeal, blueberries, beetroot powder, high-quality pea protein powder, and wholesome whole milk. Later in the day, I relished four eggs alongside a juicy hamburger patty for brunch. For both lunch and dinner, I savored a delicious steak paired with delectable black beans and rice.
I hope you enjoyed this little update! Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

I'm diggin the plain rice and beans. It's actually really good without seasoning. But how do you season your chicken?

My wife typically creates a dry rub or buys a high quality seasoning salt. If you make the rub you can store it and just season any chicken 30 mins before baking or grilling.

Finally, I found some peanut butter in a glass jar with only two ingredients: peanuts and salt. I enjoyed it with a glass of raw milk, taking a couple of spoonfuls to satisfy my cravings. I was shocked its from Smuckers.

Nice! Some of the larger brands that have been all bought up by Big Agra/Big Pharma, still produce clean stuff, simply bc clean foods, not packaged in plastics, is a big enough market.
Keep buying clean, the bigger the clean market gets, the more clean options will be produced. 💪😎

Day 27 Complete (Week 4)

Good day, everyone! I just reached the first day of week 4, and time seems to be flying by. I'm enjoying every minute of it.

•Today started off a bit rough as I slept in until 8 am. I was completely drained and didn't want to wake up. Normally, I'm in bed by 8:30-9 pm, but last night I couldn't fall asleep until almost midnight. Despite that, I pushed myself to go for a one-hour walk after waking up.

•My workout today focused on my legs, and it was an amazing session. However, after the workout, while walking for 2 miles, my knees started giving out. Hopefully, it's nothing serious.

•Let's talk about my diet for today. For breakfast, I had a refreshing smoothie. Throughout the day, I had chicken tenders with rice. After my workout, I had another smoothie as a post-workout snack. Tonight, when I get back home, I plan to have a delicious hamburger patty with rice.

I hope all of you are having a great start to the week! Happy Monday!

Day 29 Complete (Week 4) Pin Day 125mgs of Test Prop - 100mgs of NPP - 100mgs of Mast Prop.
Counted day 27 twice lol.

Good evening ASF Fam. Today was another successful day. I slept in until 6 a.m. and went for an hour-long walk before school.

Today's training focused on shoulders with a new workout routine (shoulders). It really pushed me to my limits and now my shoulders are sore and I can barely lift them. It's been an hour since I finished and they still burn. It took me a couple of sets to adjust, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I'm really starting to see the gains and increased vascularity.

While I was walking through Walmart to get a couple of jars of organic peanut butter, a guy stopped me and complimented my progress, which really made my day.

Today's diet started off with my standard breakfast smoothie and since I was in a rush to school, I made 3 eggs with rice. After my training, I cooked up a batch of beef, beans, and veggies with rice. This should last me a couple of days.

Hope everyone has a successful Tuesday and thank you for following me on my journey.

Good morning, everyone.
Last night, I crashed at the computer while writing my post. It was still in my draft this morning, lol. I think I'm still feeling the effects of Daylight Savings Time. I fell asleep at 8 pm yesterday since it was a rest day, but unfortunately, I woke up at 4:30 am. I just finished my morning walk and now I'm sipping on my raw eggs smoothie. After I go to school, I'll be back in the gym doing deadlifts and will post updates tonight. I hope everyone has a blessed day and a Happy Thursday. I have no school tomorrow because they are honoring Veterans Day on Friday. Three days off, woot woot!

Day 31 Complete (Week 4) Pin Day 125mgs of Test Prop - 100mgs of NPP - 100mgs of Mast Prop

Good evening ASF Fam. Today was another very exciting day. Two days in a row, I've received compliments on my physique, and people have noticed a difference. I'm not really big on compliments, but recently they've made my day. The hardest part has been adapting to change, putting my trust into someone, and adjusting my diet. I guess it's finally kicking in now. The products from @Hammer&Bell have been the best I've ever used, and I'm so happy I had the opportunity to try them out. I'm a firm believer and completely sold.

Today, I worked on deadlifts and did a few other workouts afterwards, and I feel amazing. I was a little worried that I might experience some complications since last time my side started cramping with a mild burn. So, as a precaution this week, I went a little lighter, and fortunately, there were no issues at all.

I'm officially off until Monday. I managed to get tickets to see the Marvels tomorrow with my wife, and we'll have dinner afterwards. I'm incredibly excited. I hope everyone had a wonderful day, and I will post updates tomorrow. Thank you for your support.

Day 32 Complete (Week 4)
TGIF Baby!!!!
Hey fam, happy Friday and Veteran's Day to all! As always, I woke up and followed my normal routine, including a one-hour walk. I slept in until 7:00 am or at least stayed in bed until then, lol. Since there's no school today, I relaxed around the house. I just finished watching 1923 on Paramount and now I'm checking out Star Trek. It's pretty good so far.

Today's workout focused on triceps, abs, and heavy bag HIIT training. I'm drenched in sweat and mentally focused, so I'm very proud of myself. @Fletcher has given me an amazing workout routine, and my body is responding well to it. I'm highly impressed and can't wait to see the progress in the coming weeks. Although I broke my no-caffeine rule, I took a small amount of pre-workout since I'll be staying up late tonight. I definitely felt some tingling in my face and an extra push.

For the past few days, my calves have been cramping non-stop, so I ordered some potassium to take with magnesium. I already eat about three bananas a day, so I hope it helps.

As for today's food intake, I started off with a smoothie and then had leftovers of beef, various beans, and veggies. For lunch, I ate the same thing but decided to add a couple of beef hotdogs and cooked them on the George Foreman grill. It's not something I do often, but I've had these Costco hotdogs in my freezer forever.

This evening, I'm lucky to be meeting my beautiful wife, and we're going to see the Marvels movie and have dinner afterward. I guess I'm getting old because I'm looking forward to staying up late. I might even make it to 11:30 pm, lmao. I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed weekend.
