I have gone back and forth in this and I decided to to a log of my cycle I began today. First off, I am not being sponsored by anyone I am doing this on my own for advise and accountability.

My log will include my before pic ( this I was dreading), bf that I had taken yesterday on a 3D scanner, current stats, diet plan and goals. I won’t get into every single workout I do daily but I will ask for advise and discuss what I’m doing.

A little back story that I mentioned in a different post but wanted to add it here. 2 years ago I was stabbed during an altercation and I stabbed directly into my right forearm, blocking a stab to the face and a second time in my right hand. I was out of the gym for almost a year healing. The last year I did one short cycle of dbol, test and deca for 10 weeks with low doses to rebuild muscle lost. I have currently been in the gym 6 days a week building a good foundation prior to doing this cycle. So here is my log.
 
Current stats
5’10 196 - weighed right before picture goal 200 but leaner
Bf 19% - goal is 14% on this cycle
I will be working out 5 days a week 2/1 split with cardio everyday. Cardio will consist of treadmill walk 4.5 incline at 3.2 speed increased each week
I will do Chest/ shoulder day 1
Day 2 biceps/ triceps/ Abs
Day 3 back/ legs
It with be split 2 days on one day off but rotating those workouts.
My diet will be 4000 calories a day consisting of lean meats, chicken, turkey, fish, and beef no fat. Greek yogurt, oats, almonds, fresh fruit, rice, quinoa, and fresh veggies and eggs.

My cycle will be all XT products. 2 ccs Titan Xt PW, 50 mg deca( strictly for joints) Anavar.
The break down is for 12 weeks
400mg Test E weekly
200mg Tren E weekly
200mg mast E weekly
50mg Deca weekly
Week 1-3 Anavar 40 PW only
Week 10-12 Anavar 50mg daily
Aromasin As Needed
Cialas 5mg daily for blood pressure.
 
Here we go..nice doses,nice plan.always be care with 2 19nors.but 50 Deca wk shouldn't see much prolactin. Get u some p5p anyways couple 100mg ed .helps sleep with me also I take right b4 bed.
 
Diet plan is nice.im eating same 4000 calories, lean meats,jasmine rice,sweet potatoes, oats,almonds Greek yogurt fruits n veggies. I'm say this about your workouts,definitely increase cardio,u will definitely loose 5% bf eating right.also back & legs in 1 day,that's tough for me.its my heaviest days I always eat more on those days.i know you are tough,I'm just saying imo,arm day can be combined with something else.anyways just thoughts.
 
Icelandic yogurt or "skyr" is even better than greek! I love it!

Maybe I’ll make legs it’s own day and add more cardio in that day. Then do back and arms together. I think my diet is pretty solid I thinks switching up the workouts a little would be beneficial. Thanks for the input.

Theres a few diff brands, its thicker than greek, way more protein per serving.

I'm see if they have that..I don't believe I ever saw that.i usually get high protein oikos,it's 21-25g protein. I thro in little protein powder and or blueberries. Or strawberries

Nice set-up..
During you can adjust the Test to Tren ratio if needed..just a thought..
Curious why not some mass building orals..??
I'd would throw some SD in somewhere..

I did my first injection today with TitanXT blend, which I microdose with daily shots, I do the same with TRT. I like the stable blood and less peaks and troughs And it was very smooth, I used a 29” 1inch in my right delt with zero issue and no PIP. Very impressed so far. I will be checking my BP daily and no spike today with the first shot and 40mg Anavar. Workout went great I did arms. Obviously it’s day one so normal workout but felt great left with a good pump.

I might adjust at the end I’m just trying to get very lean gains and less water weight. My BP gets wonky with extra water.

You know I’ve never tried any short esters accept NPP. And I do daily pins anyways it’s something I will definitely consider is the future.

You have no problem doing daily pins,short esters is it.i much rather npp,it just a compound that agrees with me.
 
Second Pin this morning. No PIP, super smooth and no Tren cough. FARMATON has been impressive up to this point with customer service and quality XT products. Like I said not sponsored for this log but gotta give credit where it is due.

Today is a gym off day , but no rest for the motivated. I am gonna do 45 Min fasted cardio which will be treadmill on incline increasing speed as I go. Then I’m gonna knock out Abs.
50 incline sit-ups with a 15lbs medicine ball
50 flat crunches
50 mountain climbers
50 leg raises

Nice plan and good doses brother, glad your doing better after such a situation. I meant to post this the other day but was busy wrapping up a job. Leg’s imo should definitely have their own day, just so much weight and intensity they deserve their own spot ya know. Looking forward to seeing you progress back into shape and beyond.

Thanks brother. It’s already been beneficial posting here. So many of you guys have such experience and wisdom. It’s helping me adjust the training to what I believe will give me the best results. Means a lot to me.
 
Today I did Chest/Shoulders. Haven’t seen any strength changes yet, which I won’t be expecting any for a few more weeks. I’m still doing daily microdosing and I haven’t had any PIP or Tren cough. So far I’m impressed with Farmaton’s XT products. No sides yet, and hitting the gym 2/1 ratio. Yesterday was legs so I’m still sore from that, like every week. Only difference I did feel today was I was moving through sets pretty well and 2 hours popped up before I knew it so I finished up with cardio but I could have gone a lot more. Hey man, just a suggestion. I do a 4 day split which consists of Chest-Back/Biceps-Rest-Shoulders/Triceps-Legs-Rest. I love it and it works well for me. Something to consider, looking forward to the log.
 
Just stay on top of those 1st markers..
BP..HR..they are your first indication if something is Off..
