So my wife has been reading a lot of the fem Chem threads and has decided to take things to another level. She's looking for some models of beginner cycles. Obviously researching before jumping in head first.
shes 26, 5'6" 138lbs with about 15%BF maybe a little more or less.

I could fit into sizes most gals wish they could but was not happy with how it looked, no tone or definition and my ass sagged
Is she SURE her goal is just to lose some weight ? Does she like the way a fitness model looks ? or just a regular type model ?you know, skinny.. For myself, I knew what I wanted and went on a small "bulk", ran a short Var only cycle and got back to lifting like a beast 5-6 days a week. I ended up heavier but looked a TON better. I think It all is dependent on what she's really after. I'd talk to her a little more on what "precisely' she is after, if she does just want to slim down a bit more an ECA stack like Geargoddess mentioned would probably do the trick. But.... That's not always the case. I think as women we are trained to think that if we aren't happy with our physique, diet and cardio your ass off, and that's not always the answer
