Anthony Roberts reports that Hi-Tech's motion to reconsider DMAA has been denied.

Very likely DMAA will be banned in the near future, so I'd get it while you can.

How long until its pulled from online stores?

Probably not for a bit. They are going to appeal and then even still the Gov't will actually have to pass a law on this, not circumvent it like they have been trying to do.

But you may see some companies ramping down on production in the near future imo.

Yes sir it is referred to as Octodrine and I have seen reports stating it is about 80% as strong as DMAA
