swollen elbows?

my wife did arms at the gym on friday...
she said she did the normal routine just higher reps
today both elbows are swollen on the inside of her arms...
looks like a ball of inflammation..
anyone have any insight on such a thing?

Is there liquid in swollem part, or it's in hard form. If it's like a liquid so it's should be punctured.
