Yeah I'm OK. Chronic osteoartritis has taken it's toll on my facet joints on L4 &L5 which caused synovial cysts to form. A cascade event. Anyway after seeing 4 orthopedic spline specialists and all 4 having different ideas how to fix the issue I said fuk ya'll. Tuesday I borrowed a friends TENS unit & was able to go the entire day without meds. (OXY). Hate that shit.
A long time friend of mine was a PT back early in her career suggested I get one with EMS functions as well. Went ahead & ordered directly from TENS company. $100.
If I can cut my habit too 1/2 I'll be happy, happy.
Now to research what & how to use it in the bedroom too. LOL
We use them in the clinic a lot, they work well for some. The stimulus from the machine interupts the pain signal to the brain. We use Empi brand. The will not fix any problem but may make symptoms more tolerable.

Thank you Mainmuscle.
Puled the trigger on a TENS 7000. Helps a lot. Am able to go most of the day without meds. That was the primary goal.I climb around in some rough terrain for my profession. It was cheap enough at $65.00. I encourage one experiencing pain to give one a go. Bout 80 miliamps directly to glutes & 50 to the L4-L5 region gets your attention and your mind off the pain. Quickly! Whoowho.
