It has been so long since i have been away from the gym. I have only been back a few days. Just getting my body lose and hopefully within 3 months i can start powerlifting again. Will start posting what I do tmw.
Todays workout was nothing special. Did some pushups ab work and a few sets of tris and bi's. I am gonna give myself a few more weeks before separating the body parts and getting into a more set schedule.
Some ab work, a little chest then hit the cardio for 15 minutes. I say 1 more week and the workouts will get longer. and my posts will be more in depth.
yes muscle memory is good @MindlessWork. Getting over the initial soreness. Will be posting my workouts starting on Monday. Look forward to hearing form everyone. And as always feel the PUMP YA
Sorry everyone for the delay in posting. I had to deal with a friend passing and then someone in the family has passed. Will be posting regularly on monday. Im ready to start again and get big. One of the best things i did while i was gone was the following.
