This is the 8 week marker, have dropped 15lbs in total.
 
Food shoppings starting to get hard with all the temptations coming up to Easter
 
Felt very sluggish today, wasn't in the mood to be training but I got my fat ass there and actually had quite a good chest and cardio session, my shoulders were playing up though, I have two small tears in the tendons in both shoulders, currently under going Physio..
Diet will stay the same this week, as I only lost 1lb last week will see how this week ends up, if weight has stalled it will be time to mix things up.

Haha! Yeah I'm from the UK, we don't have inn and out but we do have five guys, I found there burgers too small though! Hmm decisions
 
Now that's the sort of burger I'm looking for.. Double Beef, double cheese, double bacon, onion rings, bbq sauce

I went light on squats today trying to improve technique as I find my knees go inwards, I have a video that I'm trying to upload but says the file is too large.

Good workout today, felt very tired as did over time at work today and have been non stop but most of the time you have your best workouts when you don't feel like going.

Am 9 weeks in now, down 17lbs, 4 inches off my stomach and biceps and thighs have stayed the same..

my diet has been 100% not missed or had a chest since day 1, I've not missed a training session or cardio.. But I can't wait for my burger after my leg session on Thursday!
 
How did you get on with it mate?

It helped me make some great gains in size but the biggest takeaway comparing it to other cycles was how great I felt mentally throughout running high test. I have made much more considerable physique changes with my current blast but I feel terrible most of the time.
 
Just got pre cycle bloods done, will be interesting to see what my full blood count comes back as, as it's nearly 4 weeks since I gave blood..

blood pressure is down to 130/72, resting heart rate 68... Am off any meds now will start IML cycle support 2 a day and check blood pressure most days when on cycle, will try out cialis at 5mh daily if it starts to creep up.

off to train shoulders and 20mins of cardio

On 700mg Tren and 30mg M1T mine was at 106/53 this morning. It's always been low. Is low blood pressure a problem too do you know?
 
Mine sits at 130/80 now that I am off everything but HGH. It goes as far as 160/90 when on though.

Low blood pressure can cause unsteadiness, dizziness or fainting.

And 700mg Tren? Damn son tats a hefty dose.

Dang when I was on all that EQ and test My blood pressure was 120/70.... I was told that is about as average as I can get.

yh my blood pressure went as high as 160/80 on cycle.. When I start my next cycle I will keep a much closer eye on it.. My rbc was high so That was probably the cause of my blood pressure, am now giving blood every 12 weeks to keep on top of it.

Low blood pressure is also known as hypotension, in most cases there's no side effects but if it's as low as 90/60 then unsteadiness, dizziness or fainting can occur
